Extra beds and cots
Extra beds are not available in general, but if client has a special request or should client need a baby cot for children under 5 yrs of age ans sharing room with parents, one will be provided on request.

Cancellation fee
Should cancellation be made after reservation is confirmed and the deposit been made, our cancellation policy will be applied as follows ;
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date, the total amount of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival date, 75% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than 15 days of arrival date, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than 5 days prior to arrival date, there will be NO REFUND.
